Fragen? LOCATION

Bonn This program is based at the Academy of International Education (AIB) in Bonn in the heart of Germany’s Rhein River Valley. Set between the mountain ranges of the Siebengebirge and the Eifel, Bonn enjoys a rich heritage from its 2,000-year history. Baroque royal seat of the former prince elector, site of a major university and the birthplace of Beethoven— Bonn is naturally committed to the arts. Visitors are often pleasantly surprised by the contrasts between magnificent historical buildings, small village charm, cosmopolitan life, and high-quality cultural attractions.

Names such as Cologne, Aachen and Mainz are synonymous with soaring Gothic architecture around the city. The Rhineland is full of riverside towns, vast plains, crater lakes, vineyards, orchards, and castles.
